If there is a condition, the power cable is directly connected to the positive pole of the battery. The normal working DC voltage of the vehicle platform is 10~36V. The power cord has power in all states of the ignition switch.
Finding method: Pull out the key and find the thickest wire. Use one end of the test lamp (or test pencil) to ground the iron and the other end to test on the wire connector. If the test light is on, the line is the power cable.
II. ACC Signal Line Finding Method The ACC line is generally found in the inner wiring harness of the decorative plate below the steering wheel and in the wiring harness of the central electrical box. The ACC signal line is the main basis for the host to determine whether the vehicle is in the starting state.
Finding method: Find the thicker wire in the ignition switch wiring harness, use one end of the test lamp to ground, the other end is tested on the wire connector: when the ignition switch is turned to “ACC” or “ON” position, the test light is on; After switching off the ignition switch, the test lamp is off. The method of finding the turn signal line The turn signal line is usually found in the inner panel of the decorative panel under the steering wheel, the wiring harness of the central electrical box, and the inner wiring harness of the left and right front doors. Most models have two lines, left and right, but there are also a few models that are divided into front, rear, left, and right lines.
Finding method: Because the left and right lights of the small light, brake light, and reversing light are the same, you can compare the colors of the left and right wiring harnesses before and after the combination light, find the turn signal line, see its color and size, and then in the wiring harness inside the car. , find the same color size of the line. One end of the test lamp is used for grounding and the other end is tested on the line. When the left or right turn signal switch is turned on, try this line with the test light. If the test lamp turns on and off with the turn signal, this line is the steering. Light line. The same method is used to find another turn signal line. Note: In some vehicles, the turn signal line (the vehicle whose steering signal is controlled by the module) cannot be confirmed on the wiring harness under the turn signal switch. The positive characteristic of the oil pump is to turn the ignition switch to the “ON” position. When the vehicle is not started, the line has a short positive power of 2 to 3 seconds and then returns to the initial state without power.
